The Rusch Dahl Moor (full name: Rusch Dahl Moor (Lesumer Moor) ) is a nature reserve in the village Lesum of the district Burglesum the municipality of Bremen .

The nature reserve is 4.8  hectares . It is registered under number 12 in the nature protection book of the city of Bremen. The area has been a nature reserve since October 8, 1991. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Senator for Environment, Building and Transport.

The nature reserve is located in the Vegesacker Geest and borders on Ihlpohl in the Lower Saxony municipality of Ritterhude to the east . It places a bog area with a thickness of over 33 m under protection, which was created in a sinkhole funnel above the Lesum salt dome . The moor is thus one of the deepest moors in Europe. In the nature reserve, which is almost completely surrounded by residential development (in the north and south, it is separated from the development by narrow strips under landscape protection ), there are tall herbaceous meadows , reed beds , sedges and bushes as well as several small lakes and streams . The area drains over the Ihle to the Lesum .

In the north-west of the nature reserve there is a path that is partially paved by planks.
