Sünuhi Arsan

Sünuhi Arsan (* 1899 in Istanbul ; † May 29, 1970 ) was a Turkish lawyer and from 1962 to 1964 the first President of the Turkish Constitutional Court .

career

In the years 1923/1924 Arsan graduated from the law faculty of Darülfünun . On August 18, 1924, he became a judge at the district court in Kocaeli . On September 16, 1946, he was appointed a member and on August 2, 1950, Vice-President of the Court of Cassation of Turkey .

On June 22, 1962, Arsan was elected the first President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey and held this office until July 13, 1964.
