Necdet Darıcıoğlu

Necdet Darıcıoğlu (born May 4, 1926 in Kumluca , Antalya Province , † September 13, 2016 ) was a Turkish lawyer and President of the Turkish Constitutional Court between 1990 and 1991 .

career

Darıcıoğlu completed his legal studies as a military student at Ankara University in 1949 and subsequently worked as a judge at various military courts .

On July 23, 1968 he was appointed a member of the Turkish Military Court of Cassation and on July 18, 1977 a full member of the Constitutional Court. On March 2, 1990, Darıcıoğlu was elected President of the Constitutional Court and held the office until May 4, 1991.
