İsmail Hakkı Ketenoğlu

İsmail Hakkı Ketenoğlu (born July 14, 1906 in Kastamonu , † 1977 ) was a Turkish lawyer and president of the Turkish Constitutional Court from 1970 to 1971 .

career

Ketenoğlu graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty in 1928 and was appointed Deputy Public Prosecutor to Gaziantep that same year . While he was President of the Grand Criminal Chamber in Istanbul , he was appointed a member of the Court of Cassation of Turkey in 1952. In 1959 he was transferred to the Public Prosecutor General of the Republic.

On May 28, 1962, he was appointed a full member of the Constitutional Court and was elected President on December 15, 1970. He was in office until July 13, 1971.
