Ahmet Hamdi Boyacıoğlu

Ahmet Hamdi Boyacıoğlu (born April 6, 1920 in Bolu ; † August 23, 1998 ) was a Turkish lawyer and from 1982 to 1985 President of the Turkish Constitutional Court .

career

Boyacıoğlu graduated from Ankara University Law School in 1944 .

On December 16, 1964 he was appointed a member of the Turkish State Council and on September 17, 1970 a full member of the Constitutional Court. In 1973 he became president of the conflict of jurisdiction court and in 1978 vice president of the constitutional court. There he was elected President on August 9, 1982 and held the office until April 6, 1985.
