Sabrata wa-Surman ( Arabic صبراتة وصرمان, DMG Ṣabrāta wa-Ṣurmān , also Sabratha wa-Surman ) is a former municipality that was located in the northwest of the Libyan Arab Republic . Its territory was divided into the eastern Munizip az-Zawiya and the western Munizip an-Nuqat al-Chams in 2007 . Major cities are Sabrata and Sorman .

In the entire area of Sabrata wa-Surman, 152,521 people (as of 2003) lived on a total area of 1,370 km². In the north the municipality bordered the Mediterranean Sea, on land it bordered the following former municipalities:
- Municipality of az-Zawiya in the east
- Al-Jifara Municipality in the southeast
- Munizip Yafran in the south
- Munizip an-Nuqat al-Chams in the west
