Sarah Lancaster
Sarah Beth Lancaster (born February 12, 1980 in Overland Park , Kansas ) is an American actress . She became known for her role as Ellie Bartowski in the American television series Chuck .
Life
Sarah Lancaster moved with her family to Virginia at the age of four and to California four years later , where she and her siblings still live today. In early 2011, Lancaster married a lawyer, both of whom have been parents of a son since late June 2011.
At the age of eight she learned jazz and funk dance. At the age of thirteen, her acting career began with a role in the television series Saved by the Bell: The New Class . In 2000, she took on a supporting role in the film Cruel Intentions 2 , but the scenes with her accounting for the Editor. In 2002 she starred in the crook comedy Catch Me If You Can alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks . In Germany, Lancaster became known to a wider audience as the actress in the series Everwood , in which she played Madison Kellner from 2003 to 2006 . In the television series Scrubs , Lancaster was seen as the kiosk girl from 2002 to 2006 . In the series Chuck , she played Ellie Bartowski , the sister of the main character, from 2007 to 2012 .
