The fourteenth Swiss football championship was 1910 / 1911 instead.

The top division, Serie A , was divided into three regional groups. A win brought 2 points, a draw 1 point. The winners of the three groups competed against each other in finals for the championship.

The Young Boys Bern were the first team, which were won by the championship three times. Overall, they lifted the trophy for the fourth time in 1911. They equalized the performance of the Grasshopper Club Zurich, which up to this point had also won four championships.
