In the Hohenmauther white narrow town book ( Kniha bílé úzké ) from 1443, Cub von Sedlíšťka is named as the owner of the village. The area was plundered and devastated both during the Hussite Wars and the Bohemian-Hungarian War; it is believed that Sedlíšťka was destroyed in the process. Around 1505 the town of Hohenmauth acquired the remainder of the village. Since the city had supported the Bohemian class uprising in 1547 , King Ferdinand I confiscated their goods. In 1549 the town got the village of Sedlíšťka back, including the mill, farms and annual taxes. During the Thirty Years' War the village was deserted, in 1670 only one chaluppe was inhabited. At the end of the 17th century, the city of Hohenmauth transferred the desert to the farmer Jan Kurka to found a new village. Six more farmers were gradually added and a village was created again. In 1756 Jan Koráb rebuilt a mill on the Loučná.

In 1835, the in consisted Chrudim District village located Sedlischky or Sedlisky even Sedlisst called out 17 houses where 77 people lived. Sedlischky lay in a swampy location and was often exposed to flooding. There was an inn and a mill in the village. The parish was Radhoscht . In 1845 traffic on the Česká Třebová – Praha railway line began. Until the mid-19th century, the village of the royal remained dowry town Hohenmauth servants.

After the abolition of patrimonial Sedlišťky formed from 1849 a district of the municipality Radhoš Gerichts in the judicial district Hohenmauth . In 1853 the village was destroyed by deliberate arson, only the stone mill remained. From 1868 the village belonged to the political district Hohenmauth . In 1869 Sedlišťky had 108 inhabitants and consisted of 22 houses. Since the end of the 19th century the village was called Sedlištky . In 1900 there were 98 people in Sedlištky , in 1910 there were 110. Sedlištky broke away from Radhošť in 1919 and formed its own community. In 1921 the village had 128 inhabitants. At that time, the mill owner František Mareš had modernized the mill into a roller mill with a small power station that supplied part of the village with electricity. In 1924 the name of the municipality was changed to Sedlíšťka . In 1945 the village was connected to the electricity network.
