Trusnov (German Trusnow , 1939–45 Trusnau ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located ten kilometers northwest of Vysoké Mýto and belongs to the Okres Pardubice .
geography
Trusnov is located in the west of the Choceňská tabule ( Chotzener Tafel ) on a ridge between the Loučná and Lodrantka brooks . To the north, the forest areas Boršov Obora and between which the pond Lodrant (extend Lodrand ) is located. To the south rises the Borek (258 m nm), to the west a nameless hill (261 m nm) with the Neulust castle ruins .
Neighboring towns are Vysoká u Holic in the north, Obora and Jaroslav in the northeast, Franclina and Žíka in the east, Radhošť and Sedlíšťka in the southeast, Opočno and Ostrov in the south, Městec and Uhersko in the southwest, Najlust, Čeradice and Platěnice in the west and Horní Rinyň and Litětice in the north-west.
history
The first written mention of Trusnov took place in 1407. The village initially belonged to the Uhersko fortress and after its destruction at the end of the 15th century it became part of the Chroustovice estate . The forests around Trusnov served as a hunting area for the otherwise poorly forested dominion. In 1790 Count Philipp Kinsky had the Neulust hunting lodge built on the hill west of the village. In 1823 he sold the allodial rule Chraustowitz to Karl Alexander von Thurn und Taxis .
In 1835, the in consisted Chrudim District village located Trusnow of 59 houses in which 324 people, including five Protestant families lived. There was a Meierhof in the village and a stately zoo with three hunters' houses in the area. To Trusnow was konskribiert the monolayer Neulust located on the hill above the Lodrand, consisting of four houses and the pleasure palace Neulust or Theresienstadt pleasure . The Catholic parish was Uhersko. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village of the allodial rule Chraustowitz remained inactive.
After the abolition of patrimonial Trusnov formed from 1849 with the districts Franclina and Žíka a municipality in the judicial district Hohenmauth . From 1868 the community belonged to the political district Hohenmauth . In 1869 the village of Trusnov had 312 inhabitants and consisted of 60 houses. In 1900 there were 286 people in the village, compared with 246 in 1930. The school was built in 1926. In 1949 Trusnov was assigned to the Okres Holice, since 1960 the community has belonged to the Okres Pardubice . Opočno was incorporated in 1961. Schooling in Trusnov ceased in 1982. In the 2001 census, there were 126 people in Trusnov's 70 houses. The community has had a coat of arms and a banner since 2005.
Community structure
The municipality of Trusnov consists of the districts Franclina ( Franzlina ), Opočno ( Opotschno ), Trusnov ( Trusnow ) and Žíka ( Schika ). Trusnov also includes the single-layer Obora ( Wobora ).
The municipality is divided into the cadastral districts of Opočno nad Loučnou and Trusnov.
