history
The first written mention of the place took place in 1366 as property of the Opatowitz monastery . After the Benedictine monastery was destroyed during the Hussite Wars in 1421, King Sigismund Přelovice, together with other former monastery villages, signed a pledge to Diviš Bořek von Miletínek in 1436 , who formed the Kunburg domain . The subsequent owners were Georg von Podiebrad and his son Heinrich von Münsterberg and Václav Žehušický from Nestajov on Žehušice . In 1491 Wilhelm von Pernstein acquired the village. In 1560 Jaroslav von Pernstein sold Přelovice together with the Kunburg and Pardubice lords to King Ferdinand I.
In 1835, the village of Přelowitz , located in the Chrudim district , consisted of 29 houses in which 240 people, including 18 Protestant families, lived. The Catholic parish was Bohdanich , the Protestant parish was in Bukovka . Until the middle of the 19th century, Přelowitz remained subordinate to the kk cameraman Pardubitz.
After the abolition of patrimonial Přelovice formed from 1849 a municipality in the judicial district of Přelauč . From 1868 the community belonged to the Pardubitz district . In 1949 the community was assigned to the Okres Přelouč. In the course of the territorial reform of 1960 the Okres Přelouč was abolished, since then Přelovice has belonged to the Okres Pardubice.
