history

It is believed that the at the site as Rundling on the docked old village originally a farm was located, wind chimes ( chrti ) for hunting the Přemyslidenherzöge were bred. Later the place came to the possessions of the Sedlec monastery and was taken away from it during the Hussite Wars . It was first mentioned in documents in 1436, when King Sigismund gave the Teinitz estate with the town of Tajnec and the villages of Chrčice , Selmice and Krakovany to the Vanek of Miletínek. In 1542 Johann von Pernstein bought the village. When Jaroslav von Pernstein sold the Kunburg rule to King Ferdinand I in 1560 , Chrčice was one of their estates. After the castle was destroyed, its lands were added to the Pardubice rulership . At the beginning of the 19th century, the first houses were built north of the village on the road between Elbe-Teinitz and the Franzenshof ( Dvůr ) stud , thus creating the location of Písek. At that time there were 19 houses in Chrčice , 16 of them including the estate within the village as well as a blacksmith's shop, an inn and a flax kiln in Písek. Since then, Písek has continued to grow, while the old village ( Ves ) has barely expanded.

In 1835, the in consisted Chrudim District village located Chrtschitz , even same-Chrtschitz or Chrčice called from 29 houses in which 193 people, including 13 Protestant and a Jewish family lived. The Catholic parish was Elbe-Teinitz. Until the middle of the 19th century, Chrtschitz remained subordinate to the Imperial and Royal Chamber of Commerce Pardubitz.

After the abolition of patrimonial Chrčice formed a municipality in the judicial district of Chlumetz from 1849 . From 1854 Chrčice Labské was used as an official name to distinguish it from Chrčice Polní , only ten kilometers away . From 1868 the municipality belonged to the Neubydžow district . In the following period a cemetery with the chapel of the Virgin Mary was laid out west of Písek. In 1890 there were 308 Czech-speaking residents in the 46 houses of the village; There was a branch church of the Virgin Mary in the village and a one-class school. In 1899, Emanuel Kokeš had the Svárava farm built with a castle behind the dunes. From 1904 the official names Chrčice Labské and Chrčice Pardubické were used. By order of the Linguistic Commission in Prague, the place name was changed to Labské Chrčice in 1920 . In 1925 the village was electrified. In the 1930s, Svárava Castle belonged to Václav Šverma. In 1949 Labské Chrčice was assigned to the Okres Přelouč. This was lifted in the course of the territorial reform of 1960, since then the community has belonged to Okres Pardubice.

Today the easily accessible location of Písek has grown into a street village and is significantly larger than the old round Ves. Deer are kept in the Svárava game reserve.
