Career

Bălace's career began in 1997 at FC Universitatea Craiova , where he made four appearances in the closing stages of the 1996/97 season . In the following season he did not come into play, and he in 1998 to relegated CF Chindia Targoviste in the Divizia B changed. After a year he returned to Craiova, but during the winter break he joined local rivals Electro Bere Craiova . In the summer of 2000 he signed the first division AS Rocar Bucharest , with whom he had to relegate at the end of the 2000/01 season . In the course of the season he had come to twelve missions. Bălace remained Rocar one league lower. After the first half of 2001/02 he made another attempt at Universitatea Craiova. After only five appearances in the second half of the season , he left the team in the summer of 2002 to join CSM Reșița in Divizia B.

After the first half of the 2002/03 season , Bălace was given the renewed opportunity to move to Divizia A. At Politehnica AEK Timișoara he achieved the breakthrough in the 2003/04 season when he was able to establish himself as a regular. With the ambitious Western Romanians he was able to place himself in the middle of the Divizia A in the following years. In the winter break of 2006/07 the leaders Dinamo Bucharest brought him to the capital. With the championship in 2007 he won his first title, but left the club after six months for league rivals FC Vaslui . Again he became a regular player and finished the 2007/08 season with his team in seventh place, which meant qualifying for the UI Cup , where he eliminated Neftçi Baku , which meant participation in qualifying for the UEFA Cup . There he was eliminated with his team in the first round and thus missed the group stage.

In the following seasons Bălace came less to the train and was loaned to his former club Universitatea Craiova in the second half of the 2009/10 season. After his return in the summer of 2010, he was able to finish the 2010/11 season in third place, which meant participating in the qualification for the Champions League . In the first round of 2011/12 he was used in the first four games and was then no longer considered. During the winter break he left the club and moved to CS Turnu Severin in League II . With a third place, Turnu Severin rose to League 1 for the 2012/13 season . At the beginning of the 2012/13 season he left Turnu Severin again and joined the second division ACS Poli Timișoara . With “Poli” he also made it to the House of Lords. After relegation in 2014 , he played a few games in League II and ended his career after being promoted again in 2015 .
