Simisti (until 1977 Simiste ; German Simmiste ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the third largest Estonian island of Muhu . It belongs to the rural community of the same name ( Muhu vald ) in the Saare district ( Saare maakond ).

The place has 26 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is five kilometers west of the Kuivastu ferry terminal .

The historical school house of Simisti is today in the area of ​​the neighboring village Rässa .
