The St. Helena Cricket Association (SHCA; also St Helena Cricket Association ) is the cricket umbrella organization of the island of St. Helena , an equal part of the British overseas territory of St. Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha . The association emerged in 1958 from the St Helena Cricket Club , which was founded in 1934 .

SHCA has been a member of the International Cricket Council and full member of the Africa Cricket Association since 2001 .

Cricket is a national sport in the overseas territory and has been played there since at least 1844. The league (played since at least 1903) and the national cricket team of St. Helena are organized or set up by the association. In 2012, the national team took part in an international tournament in South Africa for the first time. The ICC Africa Twenty20 Division Three tournament won three of the seven games.

Sport is already being promoted in schools. Like all other sports, cricket is on St Helena on the sports grounds Francis Plain , near the school Prince Andrew in the district of St. Paul's played.
