Stockeracker is a district of Markt Breitenbrunn in the Neumarkt district in Upper Palatinate in Bavaria .

geography

The wasteland lies northeast of the municipality in the Upper Palatinate Jura on the Jura plateau at 512 m above sea level .

history

1805: In the invoices for the church repair in Langenthonhausen, Michael Seitz von Stockeracker is listed as a supplier of bricks. [1]. In the ownership versions from 1808 there is the term "Ziegelhüttenacker" in this area. In the cadastre from 1835/36 and in the liquidation protocol in 1835, the property is referred to as "brickworks - residential building with brick oven". (Amberg State Archives / Neumarkt-Hemau land surveying office). The house name is still "Zejgla" - Ziegler. About 100 m east of Stockeracker, a larger rectangular depression of approx. 1.0 m can still be clearly seen in the area, which indicates clay or clay mining. (Statement by a descendant of Stockeracker.) In the position sheet from 1817–41 one can find the entry Stockeracker.

On this map, about 200 m further northeast on Hamberger Flur, there is also a "brick hut", which is also entered with this name on the land map from 1830. The property still exists. In 1771 a bricklayer from Hamberg supplied material for the church tower repair in Langenthonhausen. [1] (Parish archives Breitenbrunn) Did it come from this property? Not far from the two brick huts on Langenthonhauser Flur there is a former wasteland called "Kalkofenbügel" (old field number 471, StA Am: cadastre 1835 - also possession versions from 1808). These conditions indicate an occurrence of suitable material for the production of building materials in this area. It is possible that the mason trade was also practiced at times.

At least at the end of the 19th century, the brick maker von Stockeracker employed a journeyman. (Tax list - Archives Breitenbrunn)

Stockeracker was assigned to the municipality of Langenthonhausen, which belonged to the district of Parsberg until the regional reform in Bavaria . In the course of the regional reform, this community and with it Stockeracker was incorporated into the market in Breitenbrunn in the Neumarkt district on January 1, 1972.
