Telma Ágústsdóttir

Telma Ágústsdóttir (born January 27, 1977 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic pop singer .

Telma grew up in Garðabær and later moved to Hafnarfjörður . She has been singing in bands since she was 15, of which the rock band Spur is the best known. Together with the singer Einar Ágúst Víðisson she won the Icelandic preliminary round and therefore took part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 as August & Telma for Iceland. With the pop-rock song Tell Me! the twelfth place.
