Tereza Macel (* 3. April 1974 in Prague , Czech Tereza Macelová ) is a former Czech triathlete and four-time Ironman -Siegerin (2006, 2009 and 2010).

Career

Tereza Macel started triathlon in 1995. She herself dispenses with the otherwise typical ending - ová in her name .

She lives in Toronto with her husband Chris and trained in Victoria (Canada) during her playing days . In May 2010 she won her fourth Ironman race with the Ironman Brasil (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running).

In March 2011 she declared her career over after 15 years.
