The Gallery is the second album by the Swedish melodic death metal band Dark Tranquility . The album was released on November 27, 1995 via Osmose Productions .

Emergence

The Gallery was recorded and mixed at Studio Fredmann between April and May 1995. It is the first album on which Mikael Stanne acts as lead singer. The female vocal parts, which u. a. can be heard at The Gallery , were taken over by Eva-Marie Larsson. The CD cover was designed by Kristian Wåhlin .

Versions

There is also a promo CD, limited to 1,000 copies, with a CD cover designed by Niklas Sundin . In 2005 the album was re-released via Century Media with a slight cover change. In addition to the two cover songs in the 10 "box, 3 additional cover songs were also released as bonus material.
