The Party is over… The sequel to American Graffiti (Alternative title: More American Graffiti ; Original title: More American Graffiti ) is a 1979 American drama and a sequel to the 1973 American Graffiti film. Directed Bill L. Norton , who also wrote the script.

action

The plot shows the lives of the characters from American graffiti from 1964 to 1967. Terry Fields takes part in the Vietnam War and is reported missing. It later turns out that he is alive and has only gone into hiding.

Steve Bolander and Laurie get married. They argue about whether Laurie, who now has children, should work.

Debbie Dunham and Carol travel to San Francisco in 1966 , where they join a hippie commune. Dunham takes drugs. She becomes a groupie and follows a music group with whom she sings together at the end.

John Milner has become a professional drag racing pilot, he dies in an illegal street race.

The lexicon of international films wrote that the film was “routine” and “brilliantly in parts” . He reveals "a very conservative, backward-looking attitude" . The “complicated nesting of the time levels” complicates understanding.
