Thekla Mayhoff (actually Thekla Mairhofer ; born July 9, 1957 in Fischbachau ) is a Bavarian folk actress and restaurateur.

Life

Since the early 1980s Thekla Mayhoff can be seen in series and films with Bavarian local flavor, and she regularly plays various roles in the comedy nobility of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation . In 1991 Joseph Vilsmaier brought Mayhoff for the post-war film Rama dama . In addition to her work as an actress, she also runs a café in Fischbachau.

Thekla Mayhoff was best known for her role as the secretary Roswitha Haider in Franz Xaver Bogner's court series Café perjury . She played the landlady Sophie Hummel in Bogner's television series Der Kaiser von Schexing .

Thekla Mayhoff is a single mother of one daughter and lives in Winkl near Fischbachau. She runs the Cafe Winklstüberl there , which she took over from her parents.
