Works

In addition to his painterly and graphic work, Eble also (from 1961) created numerous wall paintings in and on public buildings. His work was shaped by the realistic, factual painting of the 1920s. The subjects of his early work were landscape paintings and images of cities and their lives. He always reduced his visual language to the bare minimum. His abstract paintings and graphics - often laid out in numerous series of variations - were always kept simple.
