The men's Bundesliga 1968/69 was the third season of the top German division in table tennis. Champion Borussia Dusseldorf .

The women did not compete in a single-track Bundesliga until the 1975/76 season .

Ten teams took part, new were the TTV Metelen and SV Weißblau-Allianz München , which rose for Tennis Borussia Berlin and 1. FC Saarbrücken . Champion Borussia Dusseldorf . The TTC Mörfelden and SV Weißblau-Allianz München were relegated and replaced by Mettmanner TV and TGS Rödelheim .
