The 9th Jacob's Creek Tour Down Under took place January 16-21, 2007. The bike race was held in six stages over a distance of 667 kilometers. There was also a 50-kilometer prologue , the result of which was not included in the overall ranking.

The Tour Down Under 2007 was, as traditionally in previous years, the first high-caliber race of the 2007 season. It was part of the UCI Oceania Tour 2007 and classified in the highest category, 2nd HC. The race started with one criterion in Adelaide , the Jacob's Creek Down Under Classic . The last stage was also held on the Adelaide City Council Circuit .

The overall winner was the Swiss Martin Elmiger
