4 Jours de Dunkerque

The 4 Jours de Dunkerque (German: Four days of Dunkirk , officially: 4 Jours de Dunkerque / Grand Prix des Hauts de France , 2017: Tour des Hauts-de-France ) are a road bike race that takes place annually in the first half of May is carried out. It belongs to the UCI Europe Tour in the hors category and takes place in and around the city of Dunkirk in north-eastern France .

The stage race first took place in 1955. Only until 1962 did the name of the race correspond to the number of days of competition. Since then it has always taken place on more than four days. From 1963 to 1968, from 1974 to 1981 and since 2002, the race lasted five days. From 1969 to 1973 and from 1982 to 2002 it even took six days.

For 2017, the race was renamed Tour des Hauts-de-France.
