action
The film is set in the house of little Bonnie, who gave Andy his toys at the end of Toy Story 3 before he went to college . Bonnie takes Rex, the dinosaur, into the bathtub, where she plays with him and her bath toys. When she has finished bathing, she lets the water out of the tub and the toy figures are alone in the bathroom.
The bath toys tell Rex that they cannot move without water and that Bonnie unfortunately only baths for 15 minutes a day. Then Rex turns on the water, and a party of toys begins in the filling tub, at which Rex is hailed as "Partysaurus Rex". Rex wants to stop the party that got out of hand several times, but each time he remembers that Woody, Buzz and the others ridiculed him as "party brake", which is why he lets the party go on until it ends with the tub overflowing and the house is under water.
Back in Bonnie's room, Rex tells his friends about the party, but they don't want to believe him, until Rex suddenly receives an invitation from other toys that call him "Partysaurus Rex" to celebrate with them in the garden in the paddling pool .
