Petra Einhoff

Petra Einhoff (born January 18, 1963 in Attendorn ) is a German actress and voice actress .

Life

Petra Einhoff trained as an actor at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich from 1983 to 1987 . In 1996/1997 she went to Los Angeles for six months of acting coaching with a focus on film and television. She also completed a vocal training as a mezzo-soprano .

Einhoff had a first permanent engagement after her training at the Mainfranken Theater in Würzburg (1987–1989, directors: Achim Thorwald , Tebbe Harms Kleen ); there she took over the role of Hodel in a production of the musical Anatevka , directed by Dominique Mentha . Then she was engaged at the Münchner Kammerspiele from 1990 to 1996 under the direction of Dieter Dorn . There Einhoff played, among others, Eve in Der zerbrochne Krug (director: Walter Weyers ), Sarah in Bernhard's Der Theatermacher (director: Hans Lietzau ), Violet in the play Debutante Ball by Beth Henley (director: Jens-Daniel Herzog ), the Desiree in the play Volksvernichtung by Werner Schwab (first performance 1991, director: Christian Stückl ) and the woman in green in the final choir by Botho Strauss (first performance 1992, director: Dieter Dorn). In 1995 she had a guest engagement at the Theater an der Kö in Düsseldorf ; there she embodied the role of Sally Bowles in the musical Cabaret under the direction of René Heinersdorff .

Einhoff had regular theater engagements at the Kammerspiele Landshut since the 2002/03 season . There she appeared as Sonja in Drei Mal Leben (2002/03), as Natalie in the scenic recital Secretaries by Franz Wittenbrink (2002–2005) and as Annette Houillé in Der Gott des Gemetzels . In 2004 she created the role of Charlotte in the world premiere of the chamber musical Baby Talk by Peter Lund and Thomas Zaufke at the Teamtheater Munich , alongside Matthias Kostya . In 2006 , Einhoff also performed Babytalk at the Kammerspiele Landshut and the Altstadttheater Ingolstadt . In the 2007/08 season, she took over the lead female role in the romantic comedy Jack and Jill by Jane Martin in a touring production.

After a few small roles, Einhoff could also be seen regularly in television series and television films from 1997 . Einhoff took on several continuous series roles, episode roles and guest roles. In 1997/1998 she played the role of the OR nurse Eike Wagner in a total of ten episodes in the hospital series Alphateam - Die Lebensretter im OP . She had another continuous series role in 2000 as Beatrice Engel in the ARD family series Aus gute Haus ; she embodied the mother of the female series lead Gesa.

Einhoff played episode roles in the television series Forsthaus Falkenau (1999), At Your Own Risk (2000), Großstadtrevier (2002), SOKO 5113 (2008; as the victim's wife in the episode The Hanged Man ), Der Bergdoktor (2010; as Frau Hölzl in the Bergdoktor special through icy heights ), Die Chefin (2013; as notary Dr. Johanna Rieger) and Um Himmels Willen (2015; as Dorothea Schiller, the ambitious mother of a 12-year-old student); in the ZDF crime series Unter Verdacht (first broadcast: January 2018), she had a brief appearance as psychologist Ute Zoch.

From October 2010 to November 2016, Einhoff played the role of coroner Dr. Sabine Eckstein in the ZDF crime series The Rosenheim Cops . In an episode that first aired in February 2018, she made another guest appearance. In March 2018 Einhoff was seen in the ZDF series SOKO Stuttgart in a leading role as Liana Kerner, the suspect owner of a flower shop, who is still suffering from the tragic death of her daughter.

Einhoff also works extensively as a voice actress. She lent her voice to Libuše Šafránková in Kolya , Caroline Goodall in Suddenly Princess , Emily Mortimer in Lieber Frankie , Cate Blanchett in The Gift and Sarah Jessica Parker in Miami Rhapsody .

Einhoff lives in Munich.
