Utta Danella - Eine Liebe im September is a German film by Gloria Behrens from 2006 . The film version goes back to Utta Danella's Roman Quartet in September and is the 12th episode in the film series. The main roles are occupied by Uschi Glas , Peter Bongartz and Gila von Weitershausen .

On her 50th birthday, Vera is disappointed by her boss and partner. He gives an interesting research assignment to a younger colleague and forgets her birthday. Vera then fled to her friend Amelie in Upper Lusatia.
While riding, she meets Robert Gerlach, with whom she falls in love. Then Vera finds out it's Miles Spoon.

The shooting for Eine Liebe in September began on July 25, 2005 and ended on August 24, 2005. The first broadcast of the film in the program Das Erste took place on September 15, 2006. The shooting took place in Munich, Zwickau and Bautzen.
criticism
TV Spielfilm couldn't get anything out of the film and judged: “Groschenhefte have at least calorific value!” The film received one of three points for humor, the thumbs pointing down.
