Lawson Craddock the overall winner of the 23rd Trofeo Karlsberg

The Trofeo Karlsberg 2010 was a road bike race as part of the UCI Men Juniors Nations' Cup .

22 junior national teams took part in this stage race . The cyclists born in 1992/93 covered 454 km over four days . The US-American Lawson Craddock finished the race as overall leader and was after Bobby Julich in 1989 the second US-American to win the Trofeo.

The 23rd Trofeo Karlsberg was the first Junior Nations Cup stage race, which was broadcast live on the internet via ticker worldwide. Unlike usual, where information is processed by “Radio Tour”, this race was put directly from the race director's car and the destination bus onto the Internet.
