Kühbach tower hill

The Tower Hill Kühbach is an Outbound medieval motte (moth) north of the houses 2 and 3 of Kühbach , in the municipality of raft in the Upper Palatinate Neustadt an der Waldnaab in Bavaria . No historical or archaeological information is known about this Niederungsburg , it is roughly dated as medieval.

The hill has been badly damaged by cellar installations from different centuries. Since it lies in the headwaters of a southern tributary of the raft , it could originally have been surrounded by a moat .
