The Tower Hill Schwand also whales called, is a Outbound medieval motte (moth) at 560  m above sea level. NHN in the center of Schwand (house no. 30), a current district of Stadtsteinach in the district of Kulmbach in Bavaria .

The castle was mentioned in 1397 by Hans Haueisen zu Schwand and in 1512 referred to as "Wale".

The originally round tower hill with outer wall had a diameter of about 15 meters and is now partially built over.
