Tyrell Malacia (born August 17, 1999 in Rotterdam ) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a left-back for the Dutch club Feyenoord Rotterdam in the Eredivisie .

Career

Malacia was born in Rotterdam and joined the Feyenoord Youth Academy in 2008. On December 2nd, 2015, he signed his first professional contract with Feyenoord. He made his professional debut for Feyenoord in a 2-1 win over SSC Napoli on December 6, 2017 in the UEFA Champions League , in which he played the full 90 minutes. Malacia made his Eredivisie debut for Feyenoord in a 1-1 draw against SC Heerenveen on December 13, 2017. At the end of the season he won the KNVB Cup 2017/18 . In 2019 he won the Johan Cruyff bowl with the club .

His contract runs until 2023.
