The design comes from the architect Rainer G. Rümmler . Simplicity was emphasized. The original entrance halls, as they existed in 1970, are no longer there. The walls have gray tiles throughout , which are interrupted by a horizontal white strip on which the station name is written. The central supports are covered with sheet metal. The ceiling and platform itself are gray.
The station is using lift wheelchair accessible.
