União de Freguesias the Sameice e Santa Eulalia , just Sameice e Santa Eulalia is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) of Seia , in District of Guarda . It covers an area of ​​14.27 km² and has 643 inhabitants (as of 2011 figures).

The municipality was created in the course of the municipal reorganization of Portugal after the municipal elections on September 29, 2013, as a merger of the previous municipalities Sameice and Santa Eulália .

Sameice became the seat of the new municipality, while the municipality of Santa Eulália was retained as a citizens' office.
