Unreleased & Revamped ( English for unreleased and revised ) is an EP by the US rap group Cypress Hill . It was released on August 12, 1996 on the labels Ruffhouse and Columbia Records .

The EP contains nine songs, seven of which are remixed versions of songs from the rap group's first three studio albums Cypress Hill (two tracks), Black Sunday (two tracks) and III: Temples of Boom (three tracks). Sometimes the name of the remixes was changed slightly, so Throw Your Set in the Air became Throw Your Hands in the Air and When the Shit Goes Down became When the Ship Goes Down . In addition, the two previously unreleased songs Intellectual Dons and Whatta You Know are on the album.

Four of the nine songs ( Throw Your Hands in the Air , Intellectual Dons , Hand on the Pump (Muggs' Blunted Mix) , Whatta You Know ) were produced by Cypress Hills producer DJ Muggs . Wyclef Jean , T-Ray, Q-Tip , Prince Paul and Diamond D each produced one instrumental .

Guest Posts

Three of the nine songs contain guest appearances by other artists. The rap group The Fugees can be heard on the song Boom Biddy Bye Bye (Fugees Remix) . Throw Your Hands in the Air is a collaboration with rappers Redman , Erick Sermon and MC Eiht . In addition, Cypress Hill worked on the track Intellectual Dons with the duo Call O 'Da Wild, consisting of Barron Ricks and Angelo Campanioni.
