Company Pensioner Commune is a TV series by ARD that was broadcast from 1978 to 1979. Three pensioners found a flat share to escape the monotony of old age.
action
The widowed pensioner Otto Schabrowsky feels anything but old, but is lonely and has little fun in life. In order to change this situation, he decides to found a "pensioners' commune". Together with his friend Jonny Schmidt, who wants to avoid moving to the nursing home, he goes looking for an apartment. After initial difficulties they find a suitable place to stay, but the old actor Hubertus Conradi still lives in one of the rooms. This is quickly decided to include in the flat share. Master painter Karl Nägele helps with the renovation of the apartment and the attractive Ms. Böttger, new neighbor and widow, is on hand with help and advice.
