action

Clinic doctor Dr. Georg Sibelius is totally absorbed in his job, he is a gynecologist with body and soul - much to the annoyance of his very young, pretty wife Elisabeth. The brunette, who cannot have children herself, disagrees with the fact that her attractive husband hardly has any more time for her and starts annoying him a little more every day with her jealousy. Sometimes she suspects him of being unfaithful to the also very young Susanne Hellmann, sometimes with her older sister Sabine. To make matters worse, this is also a childhood sweetheart of Georg and reappeared quite suddenly in his life.

In fact, Sabine Hellmann wants Dr. To win back Sibelius, the doctor has to find out that his childhood sweetheart is seriously ill. Georg pretends to still love her and holds her in his arms until her untimely death. Another problem is the ambitious and scheming assistant doctor Dr. Möllendorf. He tried hard to push the "old man" out of his office. There is an opportunity in the form of a devious patient named Gitta Hansen, who wants revenge on Sibelius for personal reasons. This is the moment when Elisabeth puts all her ego centers and jealousies aside and sticks to her husband.
