Ursula Berlinghof

Ursula Berlinghof (* 1961 in Heidelberg ) is a German actress .

Life

Ursula Berlinghof completed her acting training from 1980 to summer 1984 at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Saarbrücken .

She then had permanent engagements at the Schauspielhaus Kiel (1984–1990), the Tournee-Theater Greve (1990/91 season), the comedy Winterhuder Fährhaus (1991/92 season), and the “Junge Theater für Hamburg” on Kampnagel (1992 –1994), at the Carrousel-Theater (1995), at the Braunschweig State Theater (1997), at the Darmstadt State Theater (1997, and again in the 2000/01 season) and at the Heidelberg City Theater (1998–2000).

Berlinghof has been working as a freelance actress since 2002. In the following years she appeared at numerous Munich theaters (including Teamtheater Munich, Pasinger Fabrik, Junge Schauspiel Ensemble Munich) as well as at various theaters in Bavaria and southern Germany.

From 2009 she played regularly at the Kleiner Theater / Kammerspiele Landshut , where she was seen in numerous productions. She performed there with her solo program Die Eisprinzessin (based on FK Waechter ), as Stelzfuß ( Pegleg ) in The Black Rider , in Antigone and as Mrs. Peachum in Brecht / Weill's Die Dreigroschenoper (2011-2013, premiere: 2011/12 season ) directed by Sven Grunert . In 2013 she won the actor's award at the 9th Wasserburger Theatertage for her role in the Landshut production Bloß a Gschicht .

She had other theater engagements at the Stadttheater Landsberg (2010), at the Theater an der Rott in Eggenfelden (2014/2015) and several times at the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen (2016-2018). In the 2016/17 season she was the grammar school teacher Inge Lohmark at the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen in the stage version of the novel Der Hals der Giraffe by Judith Schalansky . In the 2017/18 season, she embodied the female lead of Maude Gutman in the play The Original by Stephen Sachs, alongside Ernst Konarek .

In the 2017/18 season she was a guest at Theater Kempten in Madame Bovary's own production . After the resumption in the 2018/19 season, Berlinghof will also go on tour with this production. In the 2018/19 season she took on the role of Ms. Brigitte in a new production of Der zerbrochne Krug at the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen .

Since the beginning of the 1990s, Berlinghof has also been in front of the camera for numerous TV productions, where she mostly embodied concise supporting roles (e.g. as a supermarket saleswoman, cashier or administrative clerk).

Her film work includes episode roles in SOKO 5113 (as a desperate mother or ex-wife), animals under the roof (as a market trader), a brief appearance as a teacher in the movie Fack ju Göhte (2013) and roles in several short films. In December 2018, Berlinghof can be seen in the ZDF series Die Rosenheim-Cops in an episode role as Emmi Winter, the housekeeper of a murdered fashion designer.

Berlinghof also works as a spokesperson for radio plays , audio books and video games . She has lived in Munich with her family since 2001.
