In the administrative community of Leubatal in the Thuringian district of Greiz , the city of Hohenleuben and nine municipalities had come together to handle their administrative business. The seat of the administrative community was Hohenleuben.

history

The administrative community was founded on October 24, 1991. After the dissolution of the administrative community Neumühle / Elster , Neugernsdorf became a member in 1996. On October 18, 2011, the joint assembly decided to dissolve the Leubatal administrative community, which was implemented with the Thuringian law on the voluntary reorganization of districts in 2013 on December 31. Hain, Lunzig, Neugernsdorf and Wildenaube were incorporated into Langenwetzendorf , Hohenölsen, Steinsdorf and Schömberg after Weida . Teichwitz joined the administrative community Wünschendorf / Elster , Langenwetzendorf became a fulfilling municipality for the city of Hohenleuben and Kühdorf.
