Vester Nykirke

Vester Nykirke Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Skast Herred in what was then Ribe Office , then to Bramming Municipality in the expanded Ribe Office , which was merged into the "new" Esbjerg municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

On January 1, 2020, 535 residents lived in the parish. In the parish is the church "Vester Nykirke", which was built in the 11th century.

Neighboring communities are Grimstrup in the northwest , Vejrup in the east in the southeast , Bramming and Sneum in the south and Skads in the west.
