Bramming Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Gørding Herred in what was then Ribe Office , then to Bramming Municipality in the expanded Ribe Office , which was merged into the "new" Esbjerg municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .
7,480 inhabitants live in the parish, 7,088 of them in the city of Bramming itself (as of January 1, 2020). The churches "Sankt Ansgar Kirke" and "Sankt Knuds Kirke" are located in the parish.
On July 26, 1913, the Bramming railway accident occurred near the station , in which 15 people died.
