Gørding Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Gørding Herred in what was then Ribe Office , then to Bramming Municipality in the expanded Ribe Office , which was merged into the "new" Esbjerg municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

On January 1, 2020 there were 5,094 inhabitants in the parish. A small area with 2547 residents is in the Vejen municipality . In the parish is the church "Gørding Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Vejrup Sogn in the north, Bramming Sogn in the west, Hunderup Sogn and Jernved Sogn in the south and the parish of Holsted in the east in the Vejen municipality .
