Mandø Kirke

Mando Sogn is a parish community ( Dan. : Sogn ) on the same Wadden Sea - island Mandø in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Ribe Herred in what was then Ribe Office , then to Ribe Municipality in the expanded Ribe Office , which was merged into the "new" Esbjerg municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

38 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Mandø Kirke" is located in the parish.

The island is connected to the Jutland mainland by a tidal dam .
