Vincent Le Quelle c
Vincent Le Quellec (born February 8, 1975 in Lannion ) is a former French track cyclist and two-time world champion.
Vincent Le Quellec was a specialist in the short-term disciplines on the track. In 1995 and 1996 he was European sprint champion (youngsters) . In 1997 and 1998 he won the team sprint world title together with Arnaud Tournant and Florian Rousseau . In 2001 he became French champion in keirin.
From 1998 to 1999 Le Quellec rode for the Équipe Cofidis track cycling team . In 2001 he retired from active cycling after being replaced by Laurent Gané on the French team sprint .
