Vladimir Chuchelov ( Russian Владимир Николаевич Чучелов ; Wladimir Nikolajewitsch Tschutschelow ; born September 28, 1969 in Moscow ) is a Belgian chess player and coach who played for Russia until 1994 .
Career
He won the international tournament in Cappelle-la-Grande twice: in 1994 together with Tony Miles , Hennadij Kusmin and Mark Hebden and in 2011 together with Einar Gausel .
Chuchelov won or occupied top places in several other tournaments: 1st place at the HSK tournament in Hamburg (1991), 1st place at the tournament in Gifhorn (1992), 1st place at the Belgian championship in Gent (2000) and 3rd place at the Belgian championship in Charleroi (2001).
He has held the title of Grand Master since 1995 . Chuchelov is behind Wadym Malachatko in second place in the Belgian Elo ranking (as of July 2014).
As a chess coach, he trained for example Fabiano Caruana , Robin van Kampen , Tania Sachdev , Lisa Schut and, since 2002, the German grandmaster Georg Meier . He has held the title of FIDE Senior Trainer since 2010.

In Belgium, Chuchelov plays at KSK Rochade Eupen-Kelmis . Chuchelov has been playing in the German Federal Chess League since 2003 with Sportfreunde Katernberg . In the 1991/92 season he was registered as a substitute in the Bundesliga squad of Hamburger SK , but was only used on the top board of the second team. In the Dutch Meester class , Chuchelov played from 1999 to 2001 at Bussums Schaakgenootschap , from 2001 to 2006 for De Variant Breda and from 2007 to 2012 at Hilversums Schaakgenootschap . He became Dutch team champion in 2002 , 2003 , 2004 , 2005 , 2006 , 2008 , 2009 , 2010 and 2011 . In France, Chuchelov played for Mulhouse Philidor from 2003 to 2005 and for Évry Grand Roque from 2007 to 2009 , with whom he became French team champion in 2009 .
