Vojmír Věchet as was a manufacturer of automobiles from Austria-Hungary .

Company history

Vojmír Věchet gained experience in vehicle construction at Laurin & Klement . Between 1906 and 1908 he manufactured a motorcycle with a sidecar for his own use . In 1910 he founded the company in Nymburk . In 1911 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Věchet . Production ended in 1912 or 1913. The successor company Vojmir & Flos presented stationary engines ago.

The first model was the DC 10/12 PS . A two-cylinder engine with SV valve control and 1108 cm³ displacement provided the drive . The torpedo body offered space for three people. The new price was 5000 crowns .

The larger model FF 20/24 hp followed in 1912 . A four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2108 cm³ was used. The double phaeton body offered space for four to six people. The new price was 9,000 crowns.
