Volleyball World League 2004
The 2004 season of the World Volleyball League was the 15th edition of the competition. It started on June 4th and ended on July 18th. Brazil won the title for the fourth time.
mode
The preliminary round ("intercontinental round") was held in three groups of four teams each. The group winners and hosts Italy qualified for the final round. In the final round there were initially two games. The winners met the losers of the other game in the semifinals.
