Volleyball World League 1991
The 1991 season of the World Volleyball League was the second edition of the competition. It started on May 17th and ended on July 27th. Italy won the title.

The preliminary round was held in two groups of five teams each. The two best teams in each group qualified for the semi-finals, in which they crossed one another. The winners of the semi-finals played the final, the losers played for third place.
