Volleyball World League 1994

The 1994 season of the World Volleyball League was the fifth edition of the competition. It started on May 6th and ended on July 30th. Italy won the title for the fourth time.

The preliminary round ("intercontinental round") was held in three groups of four teams each. The two best teams in each group qualified for the Final Six. The four best teams in this group of six reached the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals played the final, the losers played for third place.
