Vor Frue Kirke

Vor Frue Sogn ( German: Municipality of Our Lady ) is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Sunds Herred in what was then Svendborg Office , then to Svendborg Municipality in Fyns Office , which was merged into the "new" Svendborg Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

Of the 27,068 inhabitants of Svendborg, 8071 live in the parish of Vor Frue (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Vor Frue Kirke" (German: Church of Our Lady ).

Neighboring communities are Tved Sogn in the north, Fredens Sogn in the south-east, Sankt Nikolaj Sogn in the south-west and Sørup Sogn in the west .
